Shipping & Returns
We ship from Singapore! People call us the "Little Red Dot", and know us for our unique language called Singlish :) We currently only ship within Singapore.
The expected delivery is around 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery may take a little longer during sale events. We offer free shipping for all of our products.
Due to hygiene reason, please be aware that we cannot accept bedsheets products that have been opened. We only accept exchange with tags and packaging in original condition within 7 days. Any shipping cost incurred that are not HE liable will be responsibility of customer. For defect item please refer to next question.
Our products are of strict quality control, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or wrong item, please raise a return & refund via order platform with some photos of details. We will assign an agent to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are happy to offer free exchange and will cover all postage and disposal costs that incurred.
